These terms govern use of the Schild marketing site. Use of the DEMS application is governed by a separate agreement presented at login.

We are finalizing complete terms of use with outside counsel. This page will hold the published version once that review is done.

This site is informational. It describes DEMS and lets you request an invitation-only demo. Requesting a demo does not create an agreement to provide service, and access to DEMS is granted separately under its own contract.
